Terms of Service for ProDevTactics

Effective as of 2025, these terms govern the provision of services, info products, and goods by ProDevTactics (ProDevTactics.com), headquartered at 41 Höheweg, 3800 Interlaken, Switzerland.

1. Services

We offer AI implementation and software development services. Scope details are defined in individual agreements. Clients may request rescheduling before project commencement. All service fees are non-refundable once work has begun. This policy ensures integrity of resource allocation and scheduling. If service delivery is cancelled by either party prior to start, clients may receive a full reimbursement.

2. Info Products

Info products refer to digital materials such as guides, courses, and templates. Clients have a 14-day period to request reimbursement, starting from the date of access. Requests must be submitted via Contact Form. Approved reimbursements are processed within 10 business days after approval.

3. Goods

Physical goods sold through our platform come with a standard 30-day window for reimbursement requests. Items must be shipped back in original condition. Clients should contact support to obtain shipping authorization. Once received and inspected, we will issue a credit to the original payment method within 14 business days.

4. Reimbursement Procedures

All requests must be made through the Contact Form. Provide order details and reason for request. ProDevTactics will process approved requests promptly. Reimbursements will follow the channel used for the original purchase. In case of service cancellation before start, a full reimbursement will be issued. Once work begins, services are non-reimbursable.

5. Amendments

We may update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of major changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
